Hans Energy operates one of Dongguan's leading petroleum and petrochemical terminal facilities under a 50-year government lease, serving Chinese state-owned enterprises and global energy majors. With a utilisation rate of approximately 95% — well above industry peers — the business generates stable cash flow and supports regional energy logistics. Expansion projects, including a liquefied hydrocarbon berth and a jointly-developed cryogenic storage tank, are expected to add approximately RMB10 million in annual revenue from the former, reinforcing Hans Energy's growth trajectory.
The Group's liquid product terminal is located in the Greater Bay Area. As Guangdong Province is a pioneer of China's economic development, and our terminal sits at the centre of the province's economic circle, this regional advantage attracts customers to base their refined oil product distribution activities at our terminal. In addition to petroleum product customers, we also serve manufacturing customers with plants across the Greater Bay Area. During their business cycles, for safety and environmental reasons, these customers need to temporarily store dangerous, toxic and hazardous cargo at designated, government-regulated facilities holding the appropriate licences. Customers can store their hazardous raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products at our warehousing facilities. Our terminal employs an experienced, professional and technically skilled management team, and is equipped with fully-featured warehousing hardware. The Group maintains high standards of safety and environmental protection throughout. Our terminal holds comprehensive and proper licences to handle most categories of dangerous and hazardous cargo, allowing customers to move products in and out of the storage area throughout their production cycle.

Dongguan Dongzhou International Petrochemical Storage Limited operates the Dongzhou International Petrochemical Storage terminal, located on Lisha Island, Shatian Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, providing petrochemical storage, transshipment and supporting logistics services to the Greater Bay Area.

The Group engages in the trading of oil products and petrochemical products, conducting wholesale and trading of refined oil products through Shanghai Diyou Industry Co., Ltd. In 2018, the Group obtained the Wholesale Operation Permit for Refined Oil Products issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China, formally commencing wholesale and trading operations in petroleum and petrochemical products.
